The award is presented to organizations from three different size categories (small, mid-size and large chambers) and measures effectiveness in leadership and governance, finance, advocacy, and program and membership development. U.S. Chamber of Commerce Accreditation The U.S. Chamber’s Accreditation Program is for chambers of commerce in existence for three years or more. The program defines high standards of excellence in chamber planning and performance and provides recognition to organizations, chamber members, and staff who meet high standards in the chamber profession.
